With the Activision Blizzard deal making a significant impact on the gaming industry, Microsoft is continuing its efforts to expand the reach of its Game Pass service. As you may recall, there was a collaboration between the software giant and Nvidia earlier, aiming to bring Xbox games to GeForce Now. Over time, a few games, such as Gears 5 were added to the library of the cloud gaming service. Recently, a similar decision has been made for PC Game Pass games.
PC Game Pass games coming to GeForce Now on August 24
As part of the agreement between Microsoft and Nvidia, PC Game Pass games will be added to the GeForce Now library starting from August 24th. Microsoft Store titles will also be playable in the same manner. However, it’s important to note that not every game will be available initially, but popular games like Deathloop and No Man’s Sky will be accessible to players starting tomorrow.
GeForce Now gained significant popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in 2019. While it has recently faced criticism due to its pricing policy in Turkey, it remains one of the top cloud gaming services available.
The platform boasts a library of nearly 2,000 games and continues to add new games to its collection every week. Moreover, through partnerships like the one mentioned above, it manages to attract subscribers who don’t possess high-end gaming PCs and enables them to play top-tier games.
